We will be addressing our relationship to sacred spaces and our spirit team through self reflective journal prompts and a brief meditation. This practice will assist you with creating an altar space that feels supportive to your spiritual journey and energy. We will discuss the symbolic importance of altar spaces through different practices, the upkeep of a space, and how to connect to your spiritual team for guidance.

This interactive session will lead you through a meditation to connect to your sacral chakra, our creative pleasure center, and your solar plexus chakra, the center of self worth and confidence. We will be addressing our relationship to pleasure and joy through self reflective journal prompts. This practice will assist us with harnessing the energy from the Summer Solstice. We will use self compassion and affirmations as a way to release limiting belief systems as we create more sensual, energetic flow through our pleasure centers. As a group, we will walk through an easy ritual that can be done to create more intentionality in experiencing joy and pleasure on a daily basis.
